In a major setback to Narendra Modi, Rahul Gandhi to announce about his marriage in Gujarat rally today

Congress Party has kept a big-big surprise on hold for the Gujarat voters which are very eager to listen to Rahul Gandhi. The surprise is about his marriage with a Gujarati girl, said sources.

"Yes we are going to announce Rahul Baba's marriage on Tuesday. Rahul Baba would himself tell his all Gujarat admirers who the lucky girl is and from which region of Gujarat she belongs to," said a source close to the development.

Rahul Gandhi is on the rally of Gujarat to give finishing touch after Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Congress chief Sonia Gandhi hit the campaign trail in Gujarat.

The source said "We are actually trying to make the last major hammer on the overall campaign which started by Madamji. Madamji has really heated the rallies in Gujarat. She just finished the name of Narendra Modi. Now, Rahul Baba will give actual golden shine to the entire campaign by announcing the lucky name of that Gujarati girl.

While the source avoided telling anything about the Gujarati girl who is fortunate enough to become Rahul's spouse, he said "She is in her mid-50s good looking girl and Rahul chose her from a rigorous search on shaadi.com." The source also added that the marriage is nothing to do with the Gujarat voting and thereby this development is nothing to do with Election Commission of India.

"Rahul Baba's marriage announcement is what actually party decided a larger role for him. We expect 2/3rd of seats to win in Gujarat after the emotional and proud feeling that will generate among the voters," said the source.
