Kolkata Police didn't arrest ex-chief minister of West Bengal Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee for calling Mamata 'Cartoon'

Freedom of speech should be utilized but sharing the speech is not freedom
Kolkata Police which showed high intelligence in capturing Professor Ambikesh Mahapatra for sharing a cartoon of Mamata Banerjee, kept quite when ex-chief minister of West Bengal Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee called her 'Cartoon'.
India Satire correspondent came to know from few sources that Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee called Mamata 'Cartoon' at the time of evening cocktail party.
"Yes Buddhada called her cartoon and told that she is just copying their marxist strategies," said a source who was present in a late night cocktail party.
While India Satire correspondent asked DG-CID of the Kolkata Police, VV Thambi said "There are no orders from Mamata didi to arrest Buddhada and we can't arrest a person who just called her a cartoon. If he had called her a cartoon and the tapes were shared by some anonymous common man, professor, student or anybody taking the wrong benefit of freedom of speech we might have took him inside jail."
While Buddhada was unavailable for comment, India Satire correspondent arrested by the authorities when he went to ask Mamata didi how did she feel when Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee called her cartoon. And charges; obviously sharing the content of Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee and this time not with millions of facebook users but directly with Mamata didi.
